WHO?
For the very time being, it is Lou aka Lydia Glup sowing the seeds for the atelier of wilderness.
After having studied Economics and having peeked into the worlds of clothing, advertising and the arts, the desire to live aligned and unveil internal beauty arose.
A journey of recalibrating the compass started.
She found herself withdrawing from the cities, longing for less stimuli, more nature.
Yoga was a portal for accessing the body.
The body’s wisdom came through when she stopped following form and started listening to the teacher inside. The teacher said: DANCE! And so she did, moving from club to conscious.
Exploring sensations and feelings,
expressing emotions and creativity,
to let it flow through
is nothing less than
liberation while
finding home in the body.
YOUR BODY KNOWS
THE WISDOM IS INSIDE
YOUR BODY KNOWS THE WISDOM IS INSIDE
Lou went from feeling very alienated to embodied feeling.
She facilitates conversations with the body through guided movement journeys and massages.
It is her mission to bring beauty and relaxation into this world.
The actual exposure to nature while living outdoors in a self-made shelter as well as the experience of inhabiting a wooden cabin in a forest profoundly emphasized her vision of finding ways of living in harmony with and immersed in nature.
Lou is committed to living heart-centered, open-minded and free from dogma. She currently resides in the pictured cabin as part of a yoga centre in SW France - embodying the atelier of wilderness.
She is currently exploring voice work with Dominique Zuniga and learning about psycho-somatic sexual healing with Grace Hazel.

REVIEWS
„I didn't know what to expect from ecstatic dancing so I just let it flow all through me. I visualised myself as a plant bursting into flower and spraying pollen everywhere, connecting the earth to the skies, a bridge from darkness to light and a channel from the birthplace to the realisation of one's self 🧚🏻♂️🧚🏻♂️🧚🏻♂️
It was very energising and invigorating for me.“

„Living with a chronic illness for the past 15 years has led me to explore various types of massages and therapies.
Lou was a true diamond in the rough. Her massage technique, combined with her ability to create a unique and calming atmosphere, was unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
I felt a profound sense of calm that I’ve rarely encountered with other masseuses, and the transe-like state she induced in me was a first.
She is truly exceptional.
Lou takes her time - nothing ever felt rushed or as if we were on a timer. When the session finally had to end, it felt like she was just as sorry as I was. Lou gets my highest recommendation. And,
just like Arnold said, I’ll be back.“

“I love an ecstatic dance. Very special that you named it “Yin to Kin” - that was a wonderful way to start. I loved it all!”

“Lou is a great facilitator that guided us what felt like effortless into this fun ecstatic dance session. I also loved how you prepped the room beforehand for it.”

“It's a unique experience to receive a massage from Lou. She commands relaxation. Her hands impose relaxation on the body. A moment of letting go of blockages and deep tension, to witness energy circulating, leading to deep relaxation. Without a doubt, the most beautiful massages of my life. Thank you, Lou, for your expertise, your mastery and your kindness.”
